Payment Terms
Most PackZeno projects are quoted before production because custom packaging depends on size, material, printing, finishing, quantity, sampling needs, and freight plan. The payment schedule for each order will be confirmed in the approved quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.
Production normally begins after the required payment, artwork approval, and project specifications have been received. For larger or more complex B2B orders, payment milestones may be agreed before production release and shipment. Full order terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit or debit card payments through approved payment links or checkout when available
- Bank wire transfer or other agreed business transfer methods
- PayPal or similar online payment methods when offered for the order
- Purchase orders or invoice terms for approved business accounts only
Currency
Quotes and invoices will identify the applicable currency before payment. International buyers are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, duties, taxes, or payment-provider charges that apply to their transaction.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to [email protected]. Because custom packaging work may involve artwork review, material purchasing, tooling, proofing, and production scheduling, cancellation approval depends on the stage of the order and any costs already incurred.
Once materials have been ordered, proofs have been approved, or production has started, cancellation may be limited or unavailable for the affected items.
Refund Policy
Refunds or credits are reviewed according to the approved order details, production stage, payment record, and the nature of the request. Manufacturing or delivery issues should be reported with photos, order references, and supporting information. See our Return Policy for more details.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, duties, import charges, or local fees depend on the delivery destination, buyer status, product type, and agreed trade terms. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing, tax, and importer information before invoicing or shipment.
