Packaging planning tools

Four short checklists to get your product details, artwork and packaging preferences in order before you ask for a quote.

Artwork Checklist

Have these ready before proofing to avoid extra revision rounds.

  • Logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG)
  • Photos at 300 dpi at the final printed size
  • CMYK artwork, plus any Pantone references you need matched
  • Bleed on every panel (we confirm the exact amount on your dieline)
  • Text kept clear of folds, glue flaps and cut lines
  • Barcodes, ingredient panels and required warnings checked by your team
  • Foil, spot UV or embossed areas on separate layers

Material Comparison

Choose the board by product weight, transit risk and the look you want.

  • SBS paperboard: bright white surface for sharp full-color print on folding cartons
  • Kraft board: natural brown look for eco-styled cartons and mailers (colors print darker)
  • E-flute corrugated: thin, crush-resistant board for mailer and shipping boxes
  • B-flute corrugated: thicker board for heavier products and outer shippers
  • Rigid chipboard: thick paper-wrapped board for premium presentation boxes
  • Barrier films and foil laminates: pouches that hold back light, air and moisture
