Shipping Policy

PackZeno ships custom packaging orders based on the product type, order quantity, production method, destination, and agreed freight terms. This policy explains how shipping is quoted, scheduled, tracked, and reviewed for B2B custom packaging orders.

Shipping Costs and Freight Terms

Shipping costs are confirmed during quotation or before production release. Some projects may include shipping in the quoted price, while others may be quoted separately based on carton count, weight, volume, delivery address, Incoterms, carrier service, or freight method.

PackZeno does not assume every custom order qualifies for free shipping. Any included freight, split shipment, warehouse delivery, residential delivery, liftgate service, customs charge, duty, tax, or remote-area surcharge must be confirmed in the approved quotation or invoice.

Production Time

Shipping time is separate from production time. Production begins after artwork, structure, material, quantity, pricing, and payment terms are approved. Custom packaging timelines can vary depending on sampling, proofing, printing, finishing, drying, packing, quality review, and production capacity.

Your order contact will provide an estimated production and shipping schedule when the project details are confirmed. Estimates are not guarantees, especially when artwork changes, approvals are delayed, materials require sourcing, or carrier conditions change.

Expedited Orders

Rush production or expedited freight may be available for some packaging formats. Availability depends on order size, material, print method, finish, approval timing, and destination. Expedited service must be confirmed before production or shipment and may add extra cost.

International Shipping

PackZeno supports international B2B shipments where service is available. International orders may require customs documents, importer information, HS codes, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local delivery coordination. These charges and requirements depend on the destination country and agreed trade terms.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information. Delays caused by customs inspection, incomplete importer details, local holidays, port congestion, or destination-country requirements are outside PackZeno’s direct control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, PackZeno will share the tracking number, carrier reference, or freight update after the shipment is released. Some freight or consolidated shipments may update less frequently than parcel shipments.

Delivery Issues

Please review delivered cartons promptly. If a shipment appears delayed, missing, short, or damaged, contact [email protected] with your order reference, delivery address, tracking information, photos if relevant, and a description of the issue.

For visible delivery damage, keep all cartons, labels, pallets, and packing materials until the case is reviewed. Freight claims may require prompt documentation and carrier inspection. If the issue turns out to be a manufacturing or production defect rather than a shipping problem, it will be handled under our Return Policy.

Custom Production Orders

Custom packaging orders are packed and shipped according to the approved product specification and shipment plan. Large orders may ship by pallet, sea freight, air freight, truck, courier, or a combined method. Split shipments, warehouse routing instructions, carton marks, and delivery appointments should be confirmed before shipment.

If your project has strict launch, retail, event, or fulfillment deadlines, tell us before production begins so the shipping plan can be reviewed with the order scope. You can reach our team through the Contact page or by requesting a quote for a new project.
