Orders & Quotes

PackZeno quotes are based on the project information available at the time of quotation, including packaging structure, dimensions, material, printing, finishing, quantity, artwork status, shipping destination, and production requirements. Quotes may be updated if specifications, material costs, freight costs, artwork requirements, or delivery instructions change.

Minimum order quantities and available options vary by packaging type, material, print method, finish, and production route. The final approved quotation or invoice controls the order scope.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed in the approved quote, invoice, or written order confirmation. Custom production usually requires the agreed payment before production begins, and remaining balances, if any, must be paid according to the agreed schedule before shipment or release.

PackZeno may accept credit card payments, bank transfers, PayPal, or other agreed business payment methods, depending on the order and buyer account status. See our Payment Policy for full billing and payment details.

Production & Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and begin after the required payment, artwork approval, and final specifications are received. Timelines may vary based on material availability, proofing, print method, finishing, quantity, quality review, packing, shipping method, and approval timing.

Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for some projects and must be confirmed before production or shipment. Shipping details, freight costs, duties, taxes, and delivery terms should be reviewed in the quote or order confirmation and our Shipping Policy.

Artwork & Design

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, logos, dielines, text, barcodes, color references, regulatory markings, and product information. PackZeno may provide artwork review or design support, but final approval remains the customer’s responsibility before production.

Print-ready files may be requested in formats such as PDF, AI, PSD, or other suitable production formats with sufficient resolution, linked assets, fonts, and layout information.

Returns & Refunds

Because custom packaging is made to approved specifications, PackZeno generally cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, unused inventory, incorrect customer-supplied information, or preference changes after approval. If a verified manufacturing issue occurs, we will review the order and work toward an appropriate solution. See our Return Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PackZeno’s responsibility for an order is limited to the value of the affected goods or services paid for under that order. PackZeno is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses related to use of the website, quotation process, production, shipment, or delivered packaging.

Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, names, marks, product claims, images, dielines, or other content submitted to PackZeno for review or production. PackZeno is not responsible for intellectual property, labeling, regulatory, or compliance issues arising from customer-provided designs or instructions.
